Description : CHEAPEST HOSTEL IN BARCELONA Best quality/price that you can find in the center of Barcelona, please check our LOCATION and our feedback. We offer a clean, quiet place right in the middle of downtown Barcelona. We are NOT a party hostel. We are a hostel to sleep and rest. Recommended ages: Between 14 and 40 years old. It is just 5 minutes by foot from the famous RAMBLAS, from the metro station DRASSANES (green line) and just 2 minutes away from the sea. You can visit almost all the places by foot. FREE Internet. Wi fi ---> 1€ per day. No curfew. Sheets: 4€/6€ (single/double).You can bring yours or rent them from us but they are MANDATORY. Towels: 4€ Hair dryer: Free but 10€ deposit. Safety box: 1€ per day. Check-out at 10:00 and check in starts at 12:00 in the morning. If your check in is later than 22:00 you must pay 5€ for every hour after 22:00. If you book a deluxe room you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. We will also ask for a 50€/100€ (room for two/room for four)deposit that will be returned upon your departure. If you book a superior room or a standard SHARED room for 4, 6 or 8 people, we will ask for a 20€ deposit that will be returned upon your departure. There is NO kitchen. Sorry but NO PETS ALLOWED. FROM 1st of November 2011 to the 31st of March 2012 the reception will be open from 9:00 until 22:00. If you arrive at a different time, you MUST let us know so that we can be at the reception. We will wait for one hour and a half of your estimated arrival time. If you do not arrive, we will cancel the reservation, charge your credit card for the full reservation and will not be responsible for the reservation. PAYMENT: Payments in cash only. For reservations of more than 200€ we require an advanced payment of 50%. We will take it from the credit card used to make the reservation. If it is denied, we will cancel the reservation if needed. For all the reservations from the 27th of December of 2011 until the 3rd of January of 2012, the reservation will be charged at the moment the reservation is made. If the credit card is denied, the reservation will be cancelled. CANCELLATIONS: WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES PLANS CHANGE, BUT ALL CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE DONE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, OTHERWISE YOUR WHOLE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED (NO-REFUNDS). SERENITY HOSTELS MAKES NO-REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS. ONCE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGES. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND MAKE A NEW ONE. AFTER YOU SUCCESFULLY MAKE A RESERVATION WE WILL CHARGE THE FIRST TWO NIGHTS, IF THE PAYMENT IS DENIED WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESERVATION. IF THE PAYMENT GOES THROUGH WE WILL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS TO YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM THE RESERVATION AT THE LATEST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL WE MAY CANCEL THE RESERVATION. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS. RESERVATIONS MADE BY GUESTS FROM COUNTRIES THAT REQUIRE A VISA TO ENTER THE EUROPEAN UNION AND BY GUESTS FROM SOUTH AND CENTRAL AMERICA, MEXICO, TURKEY, RUSSIA AND ALL ITS OLD COUNTRIES WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE AND THERE WILL BE NO-REFUND. IF THE CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION INMEDIATELY. CHECK- OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10:00 IN THE MORNING. IF YOU STAY LATER THAN 10:00, ONE NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY.
