By typing 602A in the keyboard on the right of the entrance door you can automatically get in. -Occupation from 14:00pm (if you arrive earlier we keep your baggage at the reception). -Check- in: 24 hours but please let us know your arrival hour ! -Late check-in – reconfirmation of late arrival is necessary: If you arrive after 23:00 PM, please make a call to our reception to reconfirm your expected arrival time. We expect your call until 23:00PM on the reserved date in order to get prepared for your check-in. Thank you! LATE CHECK-IN RATES: 09:00 AM - 24:00 PM Free check-in 24:01 AM - 01:00 AM 10 Euros 01:01 AM - 02:00 AM 15 Euros After 02:01 AM 20 Euros -Fees to be PAID IN CASH and IN ADVANCE at the check-in (For credit card payments +1€ charge per night and per person). CANCELLATION POLICY: The 10% deposit you paid to make the reservation is not refundable in any case of cancellation. If you fail to arrive or we get your cancellation within 72 hours before your arrival day the cost of the first night will be charged. Note: Cancellations must be sent by email.
