The apartment has 7 private rooms, 3 shared bathrooms and one private en-suite bathroom, totally new kitchen facilities and one common room where guests can meet and share there experiences of Barcelona. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, bed linens, towels, exterior window with lots of natural light. . Location: Apt. Super Tetuan has a great location in the Barcelona center. From the apartment you walk to all the main tourist attractions. (la Rambla, Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triumf, Passiege de Gracias, Plaza Catalunya, El Borne, Central Park, Barrio Gottic, Picasso Museum, Cathedral, Bouqaria Food Market, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, and more!) And just 70 meters from the building front door you have a metro station TETUAN wich makes moving from the apartment throughout the city a breeze. . Apartment Conditions: Minimum stay:(3 nights) . Child policy:(Children 12 yrs and younger are not allowed to stay in the apartment.) . No reception area!!! (The management office hours are Everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time) . Pet policy: (no pets of any kind accepted) . Free Check in: 12:00 pm to 21 pm . Late check in charges: 25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm) 50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am) 75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm) . Check out: 10:30 am . No luggage storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.) . Cash on arrival:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in Cash Euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.) . 48hrs. Cancellation policy: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.) .
