Description : Enjoy your own apartment in the centre of Barcelona, few metres from the ' Sagrada Familia Temple'. With A/C (air conditioned ). *****Capacity 6 people 3 room with 2 beds Living room with convertible sofa , color tv and a small room. Bathroom with shower. Full equiped kitchen with all that you need, fridge, oven, .... Heating. Towels, sheets and blankets included. 3 nights minimum stay. Please note that check in is after 2.00 p.m and check out before 11.00am. - If arrive after 21:00pm there is a suchage of 10.00E and if your check out is before 7:00am the surcharge is 10.00E - There is a deposit for the keys which is €150 refound in the check out day. - In cancellations need to be done 7 days in advance, directly with the apartment. - For July and August reservations must be canceled with 15 days in advance, otherwise it will pay 50% of reserving your credit. - There is a minimum stay of 3 nights and 'IMPORTANT 8% VAT NO INCLUDED INTHE PRICE' - The cleaning in olbigatori 46 E - 8% VAT NO INCLUDED!!!!
