Barcelona - cool places to goBarcelona is so full of clubs and bars that you can get lost. They are located in almost every district, and you will not have significant difficulties in finding something for your taste. You can buy the Guia del Ocio, the city’s weekly entertainment magazine, to have an idea of what’s going on, and start exploring. Bars close as late as 3am in the weekend, with many staying open until 5. Beer is quite cheap, especially draught beer. Obviously, since people have dinner at 9pm, things will start going at 11 at the earliest. The best places to look for bars are definitely the Barri Gotic, La Ribera and Gracia, where you will find clubs to suit any taste.
One club that deserves mention is the Razzmatazz, a real institution in Barcelona. It’s located in an old factory, and can house up to 2000 people. Many of the city’s best rock and pop concerts are held in Razzmatazz. It has three different rooms, one devoted mainly to goth and industrial music, the others to pop, rock and electronica, so once you get there you’ll have plenty of options. It is located in Almogavers 122, Metro Stops: Marina on the red line, Bogatell on the yellow line. To know more about the club and its program, check out http://www.salarazzmatazz.com/.
